The four month phase is one of my favorites, it seems to be the period in which they really start to show some true personality and make new developments, despite the horrible terrible no good 4 month sleep regression. One thing certainly hasn't changed -- she's the cutest baby ever!!

She's weighing in at 15 pounds 3 ounces.

She still isn't super consistent with eating during the day and I think it's because she's a total snacker (hmmmm, wonder where she gets THAT from..). She'll nurse for 5 minutes and be done, then expect more 30 minutes later or 2 hours later. She definitely tends to go longer at night, usually every 3-4 hours or so.

She's still the happiest baby ever when she's not tired or hungry. She loves people and being talked to. She'll let people she doesn't know hold her, which is SO different than Ellie. Miss Emerson is just a super easy going baby!

She has started rolling again after a 3 week hiatus. She has recently discovered her feet and loves playing with them, especially when she's in the bumbo. She's trying SO hard to sit up on her own. She can do it for maybe 10ish seconds before face planting. She's grabbing everything, which instantly goes into her mouth. Her newest thing is grabbing at our faces and sticking her hands in our mouths. Sanitary? Probably not. Adorable? Definitely.

Mama! She is SUCH a mama's girl . She loves walks, playing with her toys, baths, when people talk to her, Lily (our Maltese), sitting or standing, and sleeping on her tummy. And I'm pretty sure her favorite place is tucked inside a carrier on me.

Anyone other than Mommy putting her to bed, being hungry, and red lights.
We decided against the mall Easter bunny with plans to see the bunny at this even.
Clearly, that was a bad decision on our part.
Someone didn't get the picture memo...
We SEEM to be in a pretty good routine at the moment. She still takes 3 naps a day, a morning, afternoon, and evening. They still don't last more than 40 minutes most of the time. BUT I think we're (maybepleaseprettypleasedon'tletthisbeaphase) getting better at night. She's going down for the night around 9 and we've gotten a few 3ish hour stretches, but she continues to wake up more times than I can count all night long.
